This was for a local fundraiser. I love the cute mini cupcakes! One bite of heaven! There were 6 dozen minis in white cake, chocolate cake and strawberry cake. They were decorated all differently. I made the personalized candy hearts using an edible image printer and fondant.

Dinosaur Volcano Cake

This was for a wonderful family that keep me very busy with cakes! I have so much fun doing their cakes and they give me full creative control! So fun! This was a chocolate chip cake with cupcakes that had dinosaur chocolates I made from scratch. I made the mold from a dinosaur toy and then made the chocolates. I'm really enjoying getting in to the chocolate making. The dinosaurs on the board were from the Dollar Tree. The birthday boy loved it I think!

Oh what a weekend! Did you know, you can not wipe a fondant-covered cake with a wet brush? I did....but do you think that stopped me from doing so? No! That's what happens when it's 2 am and you are exhausted! I love how the zebra and hot pink cake turned out, until I messed with it.
My first time carving a topsy cake. The stripes were very challenging! I know there's a technique there I'm not getting. It was a colorful one though!
