I got to decide on the flavors and it was so fun doing some unique flavors that many people don't get an opportunity to taste. There were approximately 80 cupcakes. The party was a luau themed party. I chose these flavors:French toast cupcakes with maple syrup buttercream and a a piece of crisp bacon for that salty taste to balance the sweetness
White cake with strawberry jam filling and cream cheese icing
Old-fashioned butter pecan cupcakes with buttercream and fresh pecans for garnish
Chocolate cupcakes with crunchy peanut butter buttercream and a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup to garnish
Margarita lime cupcakes with a mild lime buttercream

One guess which flavor was gone and eaten first? Yep, the French toast cupcakes!
